Hemp Zucchini Loaf

Looking for a treat? This hemp zucchini loaf will hit the spot. A slice of this delicious loaf, redolent with cinnamon warmth and a little salty crunch is sure to please the family. And with the snow on the ground, it's a perfect time to bake with your kids and have the house smell of homemade goodness.⁠

Recipe⁠
1 1/2 cups flour⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
1/2 tsp baking soda⁠
2 tsp ground cinnamon⁠
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg⁠
1 cup ZypChicks natural hemp hearts⁠
1/2 cup vegetable oil⁠
1/2 cup packed brown sugar⁠
1/2 cup granulated sugar⁠
1 large egg⁠
2 tsp vanilla extract⁠
1 cup shredded zucchini⁠
1/2 cup ZypChicks Toasted Sea Salt hemp seeds⁠

Preheat oven to 325F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.⁠
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and natural hemp hearts in a large bowl until well combined. Set aside.⁠
In a medium bowl mix oil, sugars, egg, vanilla and zucchini together until combined. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Do not overmix.⁠
Pour the batter into your loaf pan and sprinkle the top with ZypChicks Toasted Sea Salt hemp seeds. You may want to press them gently into the batter with the back of a spoon.⁠
Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.⁠
Remove loaf from pan and allow to cool before slicing.⁠
