Is it spring yet

It`s been awhile since I`ve posted anything. I have been busy with paper work, getting organized. Sometimes I just feel slightly overwhelmed with paper. I`m sure I`m not the only one.

To break the tedium of sorting through papers, I have been going to the gym with my lovely sister and beautiful daughter. As I mentioned in my first post, we have been doing a barre class on Tuesdays. Good for strengthening and building muscles, balance and if you are good, grace! I am not graceful. We also do yoga, which gives you the same benefits as barre with the plus of a quiet meditative quality while working through the poses. I love yoga! Wait, we also have added zumba for a cardiovascular work out. It`s a lot of fun, a lot of sweating and yeah, I`m not so great. But who cares right. It`s all about how I feel about myself after.

Post workout, after a nice shower I give my muscles, joints some relief with Hemp-Aid, our pain spray. Really, it`s the cat`s meow!
