It`s been awhile since I`ve posted anything. I have been busy with paper work, getting organized. Sometimes I just feel slightly overwhelmed with paper. I`m sure I`m not the only one.
To break the tedium of sorting through papers, I have been going to the gym with my lovely sister and beautiful daughter. As I mentioned in my first post, we have been doing a barre class on Tuesdays. Good for strengthening and building muscles, balance and if you are good, grace! I am not graceful. We also do yoga, which gives you the same benefits as barre with the plus of a quiet meditative quality while working through the poses. I love yoga! Wait, we also have added zumba for a cardiovascular work out. It`s a lot of fun, a lot of sweating and yeah, I`m not so great. But who cares right. It`s all about how I feel about myself after.
Post workout, after a nice shower I give my muscles, joints some relief with Hemp-Aid, our pain spray. Really, it`s the cat`s meow! It penetrates the skin easily and gives immediate relief to sore muscles and joints. Hemp oil is a natural anti-inflammatory, reduces and relieves pain, relaxes, protects nerves. We also have other ingredients such as arnica montana used for many years on sore muscles and joints, capsicum to increase circulation and then soothing ingredients such as valerian, camphor, eucalyptus and peppermint. Combined with the hemp oil it spells relief and relaxation. See our webpage for more uses of Hemp-Aid.
I also make sure to eat our fresh Alberta hemp hearts. Protein packed, this little seed is linked with enhanced cardiovascular health, better strength, better joint health.
Including hemp hearts and Hemp-Aid into your daily routines will add to your quality of life.
