ZypChicks has a delicious gluten-free vegan rift on the traditional pumpkin pie...we call it HEMPKIN PIE.
It is so much easier to digest, and it is truly delicious! 🤤
🍅2 tsp cinnamon
🍅1 tsp allspice
🍅1 tsp nutmeg
🍅1 tsp cardamom, optional
🍅2 cups cooked pumpkin - try local 🧡
🍅1/2 cup maple sugar or sugar of your choice
🍅1/2 cup ZypChicks natural hemp
🍅1/2 cup cashews, soaked 1 hour
🍅2 Tbsp tapioca starch
🍅1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
Blend hemp and cashews with 1/4 cup water in a high speed blender until smooth.
Mix everything together.
Taste, and adjust seasoning. I added just a bit of cayenne 🔥🔥- not traditional, but so delicious.
Fill a pie shell, and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
